The kids were out of school for the fall break. I told Greg I wanted to get two things done...1) Get Pumpkins, 2) Take family pictures. We were 50% successful. That boy hates pictures. One of the kids even prayed that he could be happy for pictures. The Union Congregational Church has a pumpkin patch every year. There is a reason we haven't gone before. Barb (a gal Greg home teaches) encouraged us to go. I asked about prices she said oh it can't be much more than anywhere else. Needless to say we bought a few small pumpkins and then went to Smith's. All of the kid's pumpkins together at Smith's were the price of ONE pumpkin at the patch. The little ladies were adorable...cuter than the Smith's workers so I guess the HUGE price difference is justifiable.
