With the new school year Miss Kira started piano lessons. My friend Astrid, moved to Green River from St George, and is a gifted musician. We had been unable to get Kira into a piano teacher for the previous 2 years, but nothing is holding her back now. Kira is a joy to watch. She makes me giggle. Her headed bobs perfectly to the beat. She PRACTICES, like REALLY loves to practice. I know this will pass, but WOW she practices in the morning, she practices when she get home from school, and she practices in the evening. I've never had a kid practice on their own for this long, without a little motivational speaking from the mother, maybe the motivational speaking she's heard me give her sisters is paying off! Miss Kira carries her piano bag everywhere she goes. Keep up the good work Kira!
