Miss Kira Deara has no room for her permanent teeth to come in...they are trapped. Poor kid. She had a palate expander put in and 4 tiny little braces. Every day for 10 days we had to crank her palate expander. For the first few days she was having quite a bit of pain requiring pain medicine. She has been re-learning to talk, eat, and control saliva. Soon they will start moving her teeth around, and hopefully before we know it she will be done!
