Wyoming B State Swim

 Mori swam in her first State swim meet.  We were lucky for 2 reasons.  It was in Green River, and Granny was here to see her swim.  The meet was on a Saturday and Sunday, so she only swam the events she qualified for on Saturday.  She placed 3rd place overall in her 100 Breast stroke, and 4th place overall in her 200 Freestyle.
The meet had a very relaxed feel to it, although I knew Mori was really nervous going into it.  She said once she got to the pool and was able to warm up she was fine.  Greg talked to her about a few things she can do to take place first next time.  She is very good at pacing herself on the longer races, but needed to start a little faster in her 200.  She had several really great entrances into the pool, but one time went a bit deep, which slowed her a few seconds...and every second counts in these races.  She did awesome, and we are so proud of her.  It will be fun to watch her continue to grow and develop!  We love you Mori!!!
